The purchase process consists of a few simple steps:

The user must check and confirm the provided data to tretimbertoys. DELIVERY TIMES
All our products are hand made in our workshop in Segorbe (Castellón). Depending on the number of orders we have, we may prepare them at the same time of seeing your order, exclusively for you. Normally, the manufacturing period for our toys ranges from seven to fourteen days and in the case of personalized toys, the period can be extended to approximately one month. We send an automatic “order complete” email when products are ready to deliver.
In any case, they are approximate terms. Do not hesitate to contact us if it is an urgent order or if you have any questions. Keep in mind we produce our products ourselves, meaning we offer a close relationship with our customers, making communication easier.

Tretimbertoys reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products offered through tretimbertoys.com and may, at any time, add or remove products from the online store.
The essential characteristics of our products are presented in tretimbertoys within each product sheet. Despite the careful care taken by tretimbertoys in replicating each product faithfully, images and colors of the products offered for sale on tretimbertoys.com may not reflect reality completely due to specific characteristics of the Internet browser or of the screen used by the customer. In addition, the wood we use, due to its own characteristics, grains, knots, color … can also present slight differences with respect to pictures appearing on the website.
Product prices indicated in tretimbertoys are always shown in euros with the corresponding VAT (21%) included. Shipping costs will be added to the indicated product prices. The shipping rates will be communicated to the user when formalizing the order, and must be accepted prior to confirming the purchase.

WAY TO PAY
The user who purchases products on the website agrees to pay at the time the purchase is confirmed. Payment may be made by PAYPAL, or by credit cards (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS).
The purchase price of the products and shipping costs will be debited from the user’s current account at the time of order confirmation.
Within a maximum period of 48 hours from the receipt of the payment confirmation, tretimbertoys will send the user a purchase confirmation email which will include a unique order number. Such confirmation is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.
The invoice corresponding to the purchase made will only be sent to the customer if he explicitly requests it. Credit card fraud is a crime, and tretimbertoys will bring legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction at our store.
