Shipping, exchanges and returns



Currently we send all our products to the Iberian Peninsula. For shipments, both domestic outside the Peninsula and International, please contact us at We are working to send our orders to these places.

You can write us an email to and we will provide you with the shipping locator so you know where your package is.

Transportation cost is a flat rate of 5.95 for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal). If you are from Valencia, there is a pick-up service by appointment without any additional cost or if you prefer it, products can be picked up at the store “CA Decoracion e Interiorismo” – street Castellón, 13. 12400 Segorbe. Write us an email at and we will make an appointment.

Remember that now orders over 100 € have FREE shipping, although it only applies to mainland Spain. This service is not applicable to purchases from stores.

Shipping costs for Europe are calculated during checkout. If you have any questions, contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Tretimbertoys assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the product cannot be made as a result of the data provided by the customer being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company.

In order to make a change or return, please contact us, via, within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, indicating your reason if you consider it necessary. Our objective is to make our customers happy and to constantly improve our service, hence any feedback is welcome.

Items must be returned intact, in their original condition, with all accessories, and cannot be used or damaged. They must keep their original packaging and attach the order form or a copy of it. In case of receiving a product which has suffered damages during transport, the client has a 48 hours period to claim (since delivery was completed). The client must send an email to, attaching pictures that clearly identify the damage to the material, pictures of the packaging where the damage can be clearly seen and a photograph of the carrier’s label that identifies all the data.

The user is responsible for the item until it has not been received in our workshop. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the item on the original buyer’s credit card or PayPal account.

Users are responsible for return and exchange shipping charges; however, if merchandise is being returned due to an error on our part, we will gladly refund your return and exchange charges.

Returns will not be accepted on those occasions when the order has been tailored made or if it involves personalized products with a different color or special measurements outside the online store.

Tretimbertoys reserves the right to modify these Use Conditions at any time, without prior notice to the user, who in any case, is solely responsible for reviewing them as a prerequisite and essential to the acquisition of any product available through tretimbertoys. In any case, the Use Conditions that were exposed on the web at the time the user purchases the corresponding products will be considered valid and applicable.
